The Gallia County Quilt Barn Trail provides one common goal:  to show pride and respect for the history and heritage of our region.  The trails draws community attention and hands-on participation in our county-wide project created to promote visual arts, recognize the historic past-time of quilting, emphasize the heritage of local families and their rich farming history, point out significance of historic barn structures throughout the county and to encourage economic growth through tourism in Gallia County and the surrounding Appalachian region.
